We’re experts in a wide variety of testing methods, including in-person, remote, and unmoderated. Prototype testing allows us to validate our design and UX decisions at crucial stages in the project. Based on the results, we improve and iterate — leveraging insights to make confident product decisions.


We take both qualitative and quantitative approaches to research and testing. Quantitative research (such as A/B or split testing) allows us to identify trends and uncover statistically significant insights. Qualitative methods, including user interviews and contextual observation, help us map the user journey and build empathy for the people using our products.
